MR. VIJAY RAUNDAL, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Since 1986, Mr. Vijay Raundal, a multidisciplinary professional with a strong desire to see people and communities flourish, has demonstrated his abilities in the government public works department, real estate, and property. Discipline, hard work, and a consistent attitude to learning, in his opinion, always give you an advantage over formal education. The remarkable work culture at Teerth reflects his vision, beliefs, and values.
At the young age of 17, Mr. Vijay Raundal bought two marble polishing machines and began renting them out to earn money, marking the beginning of his professional career. His entrepreneurial spirit eventually prompted him to establish Vijay Constructions, a contracting company he founded to handle a variety of infrastructure, irrigation, and civil contracting projects throughout Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. His strategic land investments and forethought enabled him to establish Teerth Realties, which is poised to become a real estate marvel in Pune and throughout India.
MR. ABHI RAUNDAL, DIRECTOR
The man with an exhilarating persona showing strong leadership skills in the planning, marketing, sales, procurement and liaisoning functions of the company, Mr. Abhi Raundal, officially joined the ‘Teerth’ in 2017. He ensures that we have the best people, systems and structure to achieve our business goals. With a proven academic record with Masters in real estate development at the University of Westminster Abhi has worked closely with many industry leaders.
Since his joining at Teerth, Abhi has worked in several roles including on-site at Teerth Towers, Teerth Aarohi phase II & Teerth Technospace. He has initiated various training and development programs to prepare for the changing landscape of the industry post RERA and demonetisation. Outside office, he is a football and motorsport enthusiast and is deeply passionate about art & architectural design.
